A RESOLUTION FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF COSTS RELATED TO THE
REMOVAL OF THE HAZARDOUS BUILDING LOCATED AT
200 HOLLANDER ROAD
Whereas, the City initiated a hazardous building action for the property at 200 Hollander
Road; and
Whereas, the hazardous building has been removed and the property restored at City
expense; and
Whereas, The Hennepin County Court has approved the amount of the expenditure for
certification to the property tax rolls.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as
( follows:
That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the
costs totaling $31,953.58, on the 2011 property tax rolls, payable in 2012, at three percent (3.0%)
per annum, against the specified property.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, this 24th day of
October, 2011.

Located at 200 Hollander Road, City of ORDER ALLOWING EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Orono, Hennepin County,Minnesota
On Tuesday,July 26,2011 at 1:00 p.m.,the above-entitled matter came on for hearing
before the undersigned,the Honorable Mark Labine,Referee of Housing Court,on the City of
Orono's request for approval of expenses incurted in enforcing the City's Demolition Order for
� Removal of Hazardous Building and Property located at 200 Hollander Road in Orono,
Minnesota,pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.22.
The City was represented by its attomey, Soren M. Mattick,of Campbell Knutson,
Professional Association, 317 Eagandale Office Center, 1380 Corporate Center Curve,Eagan,
Minnesota 55121. The Property Owners did not appear.
Based on the pleadings, all files,records and proceedings in the above-entitled matter:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The City's Sta.tement of Expenses in the amount of$31,953.58 is hereby
approved.
2. If the property owners do not pay this amount, or any portion thereof,by October
1, 2011, the Orono City Clerk is directed to certify the amount of the expenses to the Hennepin
County Auditor for entry on the tax rolls of the county as a special charge against the subject

Minnesota, to be collected in the same manner as other taxes and the amount so collected shall
be paid to the City of Orono.
