ed out this year to help prevent future problems.

should be pumped out at Si#on at possible.
G System it discharging to surface. Tenks must he pumped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
Q Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspectci.
Inspection risers (4“ dia. pipe) must be installed in each tanx
at next piunpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within
the last three years, they should he pumped out now.

give accurate measurement of solids accumulation.) If ranks
have not been pumped out within the last three yeacs. thgy
should be pumped out now.
Drainfield inspection indicates
17 Drainfield is dry. no surfacing evident.
G Some evidence of surfacing, not cnticat yet.
G Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may require replace-
ment or additions to drainfield. Contact the City Inspector
immediately. Repairs must be completed within 90 days.
