Kendall Mix <br />The enclosed request is for a combination of parcel #6010 (14,46 acres) <br />and parcel #6040 (39.1 acres) with the exception of a portion of Parcel <br />#6010 (700* X 450’ * 7.23 acres). <br />The division of the northern parcel would contain adequate buildable area <br />(min. 2 acres) for this zoning district. <br />It is questionable, however, if the south half of parcel #6010 contains <br />2 acres buildable area. Therefore, a combination of the south half of <br />Parcel #6010 with parcel #6040 would be necessary to provide a parcel <br />consisting of a minimum of two acres of buildable area as required in <br />this zoning district. <br />Access to the second site consisting of 46.33 acres should be considered <br />along with this combination and division as the majority of the south <br />half of Parcel #6010 consists of marshland and access should be provided <br />without filling this marshland. <br />i
