The following legal description has been approved by Don Scholz
of the Plats and Surveys Division of the Hennepin County Regis
trar of Titles in the above-captioned matter;
The North 450 feet of the South 900 feet of the
East 700 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section
3, Township 117, Range 23, the Southeast corner of
said Northwest Quarter being 33 feet West of a
judicial landmark placed in Torrens Proceeding No.
6968, files of the District Court in and for Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
