Brown Road . Kendall Mix The enclosed request is for a combination of parcel #6010 (14,46 acres) and parcel #6040 (39.1 acres) with the exception of a portion of Parcel #6010 (700* X 450’ * 7.23 acres). The division of the northern parcel would contain adequate buildable area (min. 2 acres) for this zoning district. It is questionable, however, if the south half of parcel #6010 contains 2 acres buildable area. Therefore, a combination of the south half of Parcel #6010 with parcel #6040 would be necessary to provide a parcel consisting of a minimum of two acres of buildable area as required in this zoning district. Access to the second site consisting of 46.33 acres should be considered along with this combination and division as the majority of the south half of Parcel #6010 consists of marshland and access should be provided without filling this marshland. i
