Nr* Winton would like to divide his 28o09 acres into parcels of 24.38
acres and 3*71 acres* Although the applicant has already divided one
acre from his property^ this was in 1967. Section 39*021 states that
any lot that exists on September 1, 1971, can bo divided into two
parcels without fully complying with the platting procedure* This
section would be applicable to Mr* Winton*s application*
This is a two acre zone, and the lots comply x/ith both the acreage
and lot width requirements*
