Robert Winton Division
I am submitting plats of the above for a proposed division of
one acre from the 29.09 acres.
On checking the plat, I find the acreage short if the easement is
taken off. Called Arleigh Smith and he is going to move the
stakes 33 feet back to bring it up to one acre without the
easement. They will have to bring in a plat with this revision
before the final plat is O.K.ed.
