Dear Ms. Mattilas
On April 18r 1988, I conducted an inspection of your sewer
line installation. Since that Inspection I have been inforiaed
that the installation is about 5* from the well which does not
neet code requirements.
I am writing this letter to Inform you that corrective
action must be taken to correct this matter. I have spoken to
Pat Sullivan of Sullivan Services and he has agreed to move the
line, but says that inside plumbing is needed inside the house.
This matter must be corrected within 14 days as it is a matter of
preserving the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
