Please contact the inspector to discuss requirements for repairs to your system. Soil testing may be re
quired. In all cates a design and site plan mutt be submitted for review. Your contractor nunt obtain a permit
before work it started.
WORK REQUIRED:
n Septic tanks mutt be pumped within 48 hours.
n Orainfleld mutt be repaired or replaced within 90 days.
n Inspection riser (4" diam. pipe) must be installed in each tank.

Tank inspection indicates maintenance pumpout it needed qs toon at possible. City ordinance requires that
tanks be pumped out every three years.
This report mutt be kept on the premises with system location and pumping records.
