Mr. Trowbridge, 1925 Borns Pointy Road, is applying for a
building lot variance to Chapter 30 of the Village Code,
which requires one dwelling on each lot and one acre for
eerh lot.
Mr. 7-rowbridge would like to build a new, second home for
