1. No walls or plumbing fixtures were moved during this project. Water closets, lavatories and a urinal were removed
and then reset after new finishes were installed on floors and walls. Every effort was made to bring existing toilet
rooms into compliance with the Mn Accessibility Code by the contractor. Due to width and depth constraints in some
of the areas it was necessary to install grab bars that are shorter than the required length. Also signage was
installed directing people to the accessible toilet rooms which are nearby and on the same level.
