That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 3, Township 117 North, Range 23
West of the 5th Principal Meridian, according to the
Government Survey thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the North-
west Quarter of said Section 3, thence South
along the east line of said Northwest Quarter a
distance of 396.18 feet to the actual point of
beginning; thence west, parallel with the north
line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of
400.00 feet; thence south, parallel with said
east line, a distance of 294.76 feet,.more or
less, to a line 1965.50 feet northerly of and
parallel with the south line of said Northwest
Quarter as measured along the east line of said
Northwest Quarter; thence easterly, parallel
with the south line of said Northwest Quarter a
distance of 400.00 feet to the east line of said
Northwest Quarter; thence north along said east
line, a distance of 291.34 feet to the actual
point of beginning.
Subject to a reservation of an easement for ingress,
egress and utilities over the south 50 feet of that
part of the above described property lying east of
the west line of the east 544.00 feet of said North-
east Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, as shown in
deed Document No. 1109606, Files of Registrar of
Titles.
I hereby certify that this plat was prepared by me or
under my direct supervision and that I am a registered
Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor under the laws of the
State of Minnesota.
