Richard Kelly is filing for a division at 85 Brown Road South,
legally described as Sec. 3, Parcel 8100. The dimensions are
400' X 304' or roughly three acres and fronts on Brown Road
South, roughly � mile south of its junction with Watertown Road,
William S. Kelly will be in with a better plat as he is a surveyor,
showing a 50' easement through the property to service Lots 1-2-4.
The Kelleys also own Tract A & C as shown on the enclosed plat.
