Dear Mr. Stone:
At its meeting on October 16, 1980 the Board of Managers of the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District reviewed the subject permit
application along with the recommendation of the Engineer.
It approved the permit as requested with the following conditions:
1. Compliance with Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
guidelines for erosion control.
2. Compliance with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
guidelines for the placement of rip rap.
3. Compliance with the requirements of the City of Orono.
Approval is granted under Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
rules F and K.
Permits are valid for one year
