Dear Mr. Jacobs:
I hereby certify that 1, Fred Reishus, Bergen North Development, at 9:55 a.m.,
November 30, 1987, witnessed a menometer test made by Mr. Dave Japs, of
Williams Mechanical, 11504 K -Tel Drive, Minnetonka. The test held
approximately five minutes, 2" of water on the gauge, after which more than
sufficient blowback was observed.
