HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 6171 � o� O �,� , O CITY of ORONO z : � a �--' ;�' �► RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL �� :�� � G,�,�' NO. �i � � � ��kESH��'� RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE SUPERVISORY/ADMINISTRATIVE SALARY SCHEDULE WHEREAS,it is necessary to amend the Supervisory/Administrative salary schedule to reflect the addition of a position to the Non-Union Supervisory/Administrative Employee Compensation Plan Position/Point Groupings for 2013; and WHEREAS,based on current service needs of the City, the position of Deputy Chief should be approved and added to the Non-Union Supervisory/Administrative salary schedule at Leve17. NOW,TI3EREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the Orono City Council as follows: 1. That the position of Deputy Chief is approved and shall be added to the Non- Union Supervisory/Administrative Employee Compensation Plan Position/Point Groupings for 2013 at Level 7.
