A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE 2003 PUBLIC FACILITY REVENUE BOND DEBT
SERVICE FUND
WHEREAS,the 2003 Public Facility Revenue Bond Debt Service Fund was established
to account for the payment of the said bonds principal, interest, and fiscal agent fees; and
WHEREAS,the remaining outstanding bond principal and interest has been paid by the
Series 2010A General Obligation Bonds; and
WHEARAS,the equity remaining in the Fund is required for the debt service of the Series
2010A General Obligation Bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the 2003 Public Facility Revenue Bond
Debt Service Fund be closed and that the remaining equity in the fund be transferred to the 2010
MSA/PMP/Refunding Bond Debt Service Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held
July 23, 2012.
