A few years back I sent you a notice that effluent from your
septic system was spilling over in violation of Municipal
Ordinance No. 82.
I notieed evidence during the winter andrgq#in today that the
same problem exists in the same place.
Pumping tanks i,3 only a temporar measure to remedy a condition
whereby there it; a shortage of drainfi-'.�. Three or four pump-
ings can run irco the same cost as adding 100' of drainfield.
I respectfully risk that a permit be taken out within two weeks
to correct the condition.
