Dear Mayor Grabek:
In July {,f 1986 we h -i:'. a meeting of all parties involved, about
the remai••5:�g r..,_tir work at our address. Although we were not
receiving soy!^ of the things in our ammended easement agreement,
we agreed to accept what was being done, if our fence was back to
original layout and broken rails replaced. This was agreed
upon by all parties.
Repair work to the fence still has not been completed. We have
given a considerable effort in the last thirty days to initiate
action on the rema:.ning repairs.
We recommend that final payment to ARI be held until this matter
is resolved.
