As I may have noted in our original discussions concerning
your plan to cultivate one acre cf your property as a vegetable
garden, the ordinances of the City would not require any special
approval or permits to do so. If you proposed a crop farm of 10
acres or more, a conditional use permit would be required of you.
In addition, you advised that if you were lucky enough to
achieve a crop with a surplus, that these vegetables would be
brought to another site for .;ale. As long as you do not operate
a commercial/retail operation at your residential property, and
you maintain merely one acre for the planting of vegetables, I
find nothing in your operation th?t would suggest a violation of
the municipal code.
