, , . <br /> � O� <br /> O ,���� �� O CITY of ORONO <br /> a��_, <br /> � � �� ;-��, � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> y, :�;. <br /> � �� No. 6 1 4 0 <br /> t�kESH�g'� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> GRAHAM HILL PRESERVE 2ND ADDITION <br /> FILE#12-3550 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 14, 2012 the City Council considered the application by <br /> Kevin M. Reilly and Denise D. Reilly, husband and wife (hereinafter the "Owners") for <br /> subdivision of property located at 3405 High Lane in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota <br /> and legally described as follows: <br /> Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 843 <br /> and <br /> Outlot B, GRAHAM HILL PRESERVE <br /> (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 14, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5716 <br /> granting Preiiminary Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of the Property into two single <br /> family residential lots; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has extended the effective period of preliminary plat <br /> approval granted by Resolution No. 5716 at the Owners' request on four occasions via Resolutions <br /> No. 5787 on November 10,2008;No. 5878 on November 9,2009; No. 6017 on 3anuary 10, 201 l; <br /> and No. 6107 on January 9, 2012, the most recent extension being to 3anuary 14, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners have completed or have agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1.
