G � �-T� <br /> �kESH�g' <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> TOPSIDE <br /> FILE #10-3488 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 9, 2012 the City Council has considered the application by <br /> Judson M. Dayton (hereinafter the "Owner") for subdivision of property located at 825 Old <br /> Crystal Bay Road South in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota and legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> Exhibit A (attached) (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 24, 2006, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5935 <br /> granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of a three-lot plat, consisting of <br /> the rearrangement of 3 existing tax parcels to result in 3 residential lots for single family residential <br /> purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 25, 2011 the City Council extended the Preliminary Plat <br /> Approval granted by Resolution No. 5935 to May 24, 2012 at the Owner's request; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 5935. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br /> Resolution No. 5935. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
