The above entitled Lotion having been regularly placed upon the calendar of the above
named Court for the September A.D. 1946 General Term thereof, came on for hearing before the
if Court on the 20th day of February, A. D. 1947; and the Court, after hearing the evidence
adduced at said hearing and being fully advised in the premiqesl.did on the 24th day of February
A.D. 1947, duly make and file its findings and order for judgment herein.
for Now, pursuant to said order and on motion Of'Mossrs. Covell, Root & Raohelder, attorneys
for above applicants, it is hereby adjudged and decreed-
1. That, the street or road designated on the plat of Albee's Long Lake Addition in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, as "Ivy Lane", whfoh said street intervenes between
Lots 17 and 18 of said addition* and which street or road extends from the shore of Long Lake
,as shown upon said plat, to that certain street designated as "Long Lake Boulevard" thereon,
'bat and it hereby is vacated, and that the title to the real property over and upon which said
street of Ivy Lane is now located, as shown by said plat, be, and it hereby is adjudged and
,decreed to be in the applicants, Lloyd H. Johnson, and Elsa P. Johnson, his wife, as joint ten
ants and not as tenants in common, free and clear Of any public easement of any nature whatso-
ever therein.
2. That said plat of Albee's Long Lake Addition in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, be, and hereby is altered in such manner as to relooat6 said street of Ivy Lane
at thereon so that henceforth said street shall be located upon and along the easterly twenty-five
(25) feet of Lot 18 of said Albee's Long Lake Addition, and extending from the shore of Long Lake
;to a juncture with said Long Lake Boulevard as it appears upon said plat, and it is further
?hereby adjudged and decreed that said easterly twenty-five (25) feet of said Lot 18 of Albeets
�Long Lake Addition be henceforth subject to a public easement as a public street and road to be
';known henceforth as "Ivy Lane".

Harold 0. Johnson and Margaret E. Johnson, being first duly sworn, on oath says;
That they are the persons named as mortgagors, in that certain instrument dated February
16, 1947, and filed for record February 20, 2947, as Document tic. 2426958, in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the following do -
scribed real estate in said County:
Lot Sixteen (16), Blook Six (6), L. D. Richardson's Addition to Minneapolis, accord-
ing to the map or plat thereof on file or of record in the of ties of the Register of Deeds ,
in and for said Hennepin County, Minnesota.
That said affiants are citizen of the United States of America; are 41-36 years of
age; by occupation is an Engineer/housewife, with place of business at Minneapolis,
Minnesota; and for the ten years last past nas resided at

That neither of said affiants have ever peen a party to any proceedings in bank
ruptoy, insanity or inoompetonoy, and that there are no unsatisfied judgments of record
against them in any Courts, State or Federal; that they have never been and are not now
the recipient of any old age assistance; that any judgments, bdnkruptoios or old age
"assistance liens of record against parties with same or similar names are not against
'them, or either of thorn.
That affiant makes this affidavit for the purpose of inducing the passing of the
title to the premises heretofore described free and clear of all judgment and old age ,
assintanoe liens and questions of citizenship, marital status, competency and bankruptcy.
