RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
A DONATION FROM ALERUS MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has received a donation of$100.00 from Alerus
Mortgage. The Orono Police Department was given the donation as part of a charitable
donation program called"Refer a friend. Build a community." Andrew McDermott III
selected the Orono Police Department as the beneficiary of the referral from a loan
closing.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota that the City acknowledges and accepts the donation of$100.00 to be used
toward the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the Orono Police Reserves.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Orono City Council expresses its
sincere thanks and appreciation for the donation.
ADOPTED this 25�'day of March 2013,by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota.
