A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TI�CSAH 112 PRELINIINARY LAYOUT
WI�REAS, Wayzata Boulevard between County State Aid Highway 6 and the Orono/Wayzata
City limits has reverted from State jurisdiction to Hennepin County jurisdiction with the opening of the
Long Lake/Orono bypass of Trunk Highway 12; and
Wf�REAS, with Wayzata Boulevard now under Hennepin County jurisdiction as County State
Aid Highway 112, Hennepin County proposes to reconstruct Wayzata Boulevard in accordance to layout
plans dated March 3, 2014.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE TT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Orono, Minnesota that the
layout for the proposed improvement of Wayzata Boulevard/County State Aid Highway 112
between County State Aid Highway 6 and the Orono/Wayzata City limits depicted in a layout
plan dated March 3, 2014, by Hennepin County is hereby accepted and approved.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on March 24, 2014.
