A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE 2005 BIG ISLAND PUBLIC PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS,the 2005 Big Island Public Project Fund was established to account for the
purchase of the Big Island Nature Park; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of the park has been completed; and
WHEREAS,The Series 2005 Public Project Lease Revenue Bonds were used to fund the
purchase of the property;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2005 Big Island Public Project Fund
be closed and that the remaining equity in the fund be transferred to the Series 2005 Public Project
Lease Revenue Bond Debt Service Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held
November 12, 2013.
