A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE NAVARRE FIRE STATION PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS,the Navarre Fire Station Project Fund was established to account for the
construction of a fire station in Navarre; and
WHEREAS, the construction of the fire station has been completed; and
WHEREAS, all outstanding claims related to the construction have been paid; and
WHEREAS,The Series 2010 General Obligation Bonds were used to refund the 2003
Public Facility Lease Revenue bonds that funded the construction of the Navarre Fire Station;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Navarre Fire Station Project Fund be
closed and that the remaining equity in the fund be transferred to the Series 2010 General
Obligation Bond Debt Service Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota., at a regular meeting held
November 12, 2013.
