RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
A DONATION FROM S B REBERS TRUST
WHEREAS,the City of Orono has been offered a donation of property legally
described as Outlot D, Sugar Woods from the S B Rebers Trust; and an additional
donation of aerial photographs of the Sugar Woods neighborhood.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota.that the City acknowledges and accepts the donation of the property legally
described as Outlot D, Sugar Woods for right-of-way purposes and the aerial
photographs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Orono City Council expresses its
sincere thanks and appreciation for the donations.
ADOPTED this 9�'day of September 2013,by the City Council of the City of
Orono,Minnesota.
