A RESOLUTION REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 110

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono adopted Ordinance No. 110,on July 8,
2013, an ordinance granting a cable franchise to Mediacom Minnesota LLC ("Mediacom")to
construct, operate and maintain a cable system in the City of Orono, Minnesota("City")setting
forth conditions accompanying the grant of the franchise;providing for regulation and use of the
system and the public rights-of-way; and prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions
herein.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono that
the Ordinance No. 110 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
ADOPTED, this 12th day of August � 2013, by the City Council of the City of
Orono, Minnesota.
