_ • . <br /> � O� <br /> O �� O CITY of ORONO <br /> �� � <br /> � � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> titi 6 � 04 <br /> �� G NO. <br /> ��kESH�4'� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FIFTH EXTENSION <br /> OF THE PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br /> OF A CLASS III SUBDIVISION FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 60 STUBBS BAY ROAD SOUTH <br /> FILE NO.08-3355 <br /> WHEREAS, Clement Kroll and Winnifred Kroll, husband and wife, ("the <br /> Owners") are the Owners of property legally described as Lot l, Block 2, Betz Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota("the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 14, 2008 the Orono City <br /> Council adopted Resolution No. 5723 granting preliminary plat approval for a four lot <br /> subdivision of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 22, 2009 the Orono City <br /> Council adopted Resolution No. 5847 granting an extension of the preliminary plat <br /> approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the application number 09-3413; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 28, 2010 the Orono City <br /> Cou.ncil adopted Resolution No. 5942 granting a.n extension of the preliminary plat <br /> approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application <br /> number; <br /> WHEREAS, at their,regulaz meeting lield on July 11, 2011 the Orono City <br /> Council adopted Resolution No. 6057 granting an extension of the preliminary plat <br /> approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the origina108-3355 application <br /> number; and <br /> � WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 9, 2012 the Orono City <br /> Council adopted Resolution No. 6151 granting an extension of the preliminary plat <br /> approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the origina108-3355 application <br /> number; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners have requested an additional extension of the <br /> preliminary plat approval; and <br /> _ _ _WHEREASithere have been no chan�es to the zoning or subdivision regulations_ _ _ _ <br /> that would affect the proposed subdivision since July 14, 2008. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
