We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters; • The proposed slopes exceed the maximum allowable slope of 3:1 to the north of the proposed house. The grading should be revised in this area such that slopes do not exceed 3:1. • The two foot contours provided by the City are not reliable enough to accurately develop site grading plans, The City requires that surveys show actual elevations and contours as shot in the field. The plans should clearly state the source of the existing contours. An example should be a statement similar to: "Existing contours within the project grading limits and adjacent areas developed from a site survey performed on June 24, 2008."
