' I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of
the boundaries of that part of Government Lo t 1 , Sec tion 9, Township 117 North,
Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, which lies South of the following
described line: �Corrune�ci�ng at the�Southwest corner of said Government Lot 1 ;
thence North along the West line of said Government Lot 1 a distance of 225.00
feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence East parall-
. ell with the westerly portion of the South line of said Government Lot 1 to the
shore of Lake Minnetonka, and said line there ending, and the location of all
existing buildings thereon, and the proposed location of proposed additions. It
