Box 66 Crystal Bay, MN 55323 RE: 1520 Bohns Point Road Dear Lyle: Thank you for allowing Jodi and I to store our belongings in the main house garage and detached garage. We are now officially homeless as 3230 Bohns Point has been sold and 1520 does not yet have its Cert. of Occupancy. As an update, Tom Mihm has given us the date of January 17th as the final CO inspection date, but I will let him formally request and schedule the inspection. Box 66 Crystal Bay, MN 55323 RE: 1520 Bohns Point Road Dear Lyle: Pursuant to our phone conversation and your conversations with Tom Mihm, (our builder)Jodi and I would like to ask you and the City of Orono to allow us to move into the space above the detached garage for the period beginning December 16, 2002 until our house is finished. We realize the garage structure is not intended nor permitted for a residence, so we sincerely appreciate your assistance with our living situation. Our home at 3230 Bohns Point Lane has been sold and will close December 16, 2002, consequently, we will be moving out of that property. Tom Mihm has given us the estimate of mid-January for the completion of the new house at 1520. Thanks again for your help and please call me with any questions at (612) 384-1385.
