three years.
Our records indicate your system at 1115 Cox Farm Rd was last assessed 5/24/2021. This letter is intended as a
reminder to have your septic system inspected, and have the report sent to the City, as required by Minnesota
Rule 7083.0770 and City Code Section 58-73.
Please have your tank(s) Inspected and mail or email us a copy of the inspection report you receive from the
licensed Maintainer. A list of licensed Maintainers who can perform this work may be obtained at the Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency website: https://www.pca.state.mn.us/water/ssts-search. If you have any questions,
