A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO
EMPLOYEE SCOTT BORIS
FOR HIS 20 YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE
RESOLUTION NO. 6 4 7 �
WHEREAS, Scott Boris was appointed to the Orono Police Department on August
18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, Scott Boris has served in the City of Orono, Spring Park, Mound and
Minnetonka Beach; and
WHEREAS, Scott Boris's was promoted to Sergeant on August 28, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Scott Boris's 20 years of service have been characterized by his
dedication to providing the highest quality service to the city and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, Scott Boris has been assigned and performed the duties of
Investigator, School Resource Officer, D.A.R.E. Officer and Administrative Sergeant; and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council, staff
and residents wish to extend their utmost appreciation and gratitude to Scott Boris for his
leadership and service to the community as an Orono Police Officer.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this g`n
day of December 2014.
