A RESOLUTION
AMENDING THE APPROVED SITE PLANS
ATTACHED TO RESOLUTION NO. 6353
- FILE NO. 13-3615
WHEREAS, on December 9`h, 2013 the Orono City Council adopted Resolution
No. 6353 granting conditional use permit and variance approvals for the property at 3382-3386
Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono; and
WHEREAS, attached to Resolution No. 6353 are approved building and site
plans for remodeling of the building, including addition of a rear vestibule; and
WHEREAS, per the provisions of Condition 1 of Resolution No. 6353, on
October 13, 2014 the City Council reviewed and approved a proposed revised construction plan
which includes a slight expansion of the vestibule dimensions and a reconfiguration of doorway
locations within the vestibule; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Resolution to amend the approvals granted
within Resolution No. 6353 by substituting the attached vestibule and doorway configuration
plan for the plan contained within said Resolution No. 6353.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the revised vestibule
configuration plan attached hereto as Exhibit A shall replace the vestibule plan attached to
Resolution No. 6353.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that all findings and conditions of Resolution
No. 6353 shall remain in full force and effect.
Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 27th day of October, 2014.
