A RESOLUTION APPROVING METROPOLITATJ WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION
ACQUIRING ORONO-MINNETONKA BEACH INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Metropolitan Waste
Control Corunission acquire ownership of the Orono-PZinnetonka
Beach interceptor which includes gravity sewer lines, lift stations,
and force mains; and
�dHEREAS, Metropolitan ��Iaste Control Commission has
furnished all information on easements, etc. and necessary documents
to acquire the Orono-I�Iinnetonka Beach interceptor; and
WHEREAS, P�etropolitan Waste Control Commission has
furnished Determination of Current Value and Debt Service Payment
Schedule Exhibits; and
�VHEREAS, Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has
accepted all costs back to 1963.
NOL�1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Metropolitan Waste
Control Cor.unission acquire the Orono-Minneotnka Beach interceptor
. e�fective January 1, 1977.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono , PZinnesota at a
regular neeting held December 13, 197F.
