A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR SCHEDULING SOFTWARE
WHEREAS,the city of Orono is required by Minn. Stat. 471.89 to authorize contracts in
advance of performance.
WHEREAS,the city of Orono Fire Department identified a need for scheduling software for its
firefighters.
WHEREAS,the contract price of$3,039 annually and $800 one-time setup from Vector
Solutions, which Vector Solutions waived the one-time setup fee.
WHEREAS,the software benefits Orono residents.
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the contract agreement is appropriate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council approves the contract
with Vector Solutions.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on April 8, 2024.
