As part of that project, the County requires certain easements to complete the work. You are receiving this notice because you have been identified as having an interest in the property from which the easements are being acquired. Please be advised that Hennepin County will be initiating eminent domain proceedings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 117 to acquire interests in the real property legally described on the attached document, Exhibit A for the culvert project. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. ll7.042, you are hereby notified that Hennepin County intends to obtain possession of the property interests described in Exhibit A no sooner than 90 days from the date of this notice, or such later date as a court may order.
