RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH REQUIREMENTS
TO BE FULFILLED BY SUPER VALU STORES,
INC., IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A BUILDING
PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY OWNED
BY SUPER VALU STORES, INC. IN NAVARRE
WHEREAS, Super Valu Stores, Inc. has applied for a
building permit to build a building on the property owned by
Super Valu Stores, Inc. in Navarre, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is concerned about the location
and size of the building and pursuant to the Zoning Code has
the duty to review any commercial construction in the City of
Orono.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The City of Orono grants the necessary building permit to
Super Valu Stores, Inc. pursuant to the following provisions:
1. That the provisions of the resolution concerning the
• grading permit be fulfilled by Super Valu Stores, Inc.
2. Prior to the construction of the building, Super Valu
Stores, Inc. agrees to sign any and all documents as provided by
the other resolutions previously submitted by the city and agreed
to by Super Valu Stores, Inc., and specifically paragraph 4 of
the resolution dated July 26, 1976.
3. The construction of the building shall be pursuant
to the site plan and elevation plan dated , 1976,
and submitted to the council at the council meeting on July 26,
1976. Any modifications thereof must be approved by the City
Council.
4. Nothing in this resolution in any way changes or
modifies what was previously adopted by the City of Orono con-
cerning the development of this property.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Orono by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays on July 26, 1976.

of Super Valu Stores, Inc. have read
the foregoing resolution and agree to the terms thereof on
behalf of Super Valu, its assigns and successors, and agree that
the resolution may be filed in the chain of title to the above
property and that said resolution shall be binding upon all
subsequent purchasers of the property.
