RESOLUTION #695
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TWO-HOUR PARKING SIGNS
ON COUNTY ROAD #15 AT NAVARRE
WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the City Council
of the City of Orono from businessmen of the Navarre area requesting
two-hour parking signs on County Road #15 from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.,
and
WHEREAS, the businessmen of the Navarre area are concerned
over the fact that residents are parking their cars on County Road #15
all day and are riding the busses, and
WHEREAS, the businessmen of the Navarre area are concerned
over the inconvenience to their customers of parking in the Navarre
parking lot behind the business district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono request
the Hennepin County Highway Department to place two-hour parking signs
on County Road #15 in the Navarre area.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held July 26, 1976.
