"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. it
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted sub-
division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of
land within the city; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a
subdivision plat for Registered Land Survey No. by Hildur Hollander;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Orono hereby approves the plat for Registered Land Survey No. ,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the Park Dedication Fee being aid
and compliance with the following recommendations of the Hennepin, County
Public Works Department:
1. Dedicate an additional 10 feet of right of way for a total
of 50 feet from and along the centerline of CSAR 6.
2. Access from the plat to CSAH 6 should be limited to Spring
Hill Road on the west and the access easement on the east.
Direct access to CSAR 6 should be discouraged.
3. Any new access to the County Road will require an entrance
permit. Entrance permits can be obtained from our Traffic
Section.
4. All proposed construction or alterations, including drainage
revisions, within County right of way must be approved by
the Maintenance Section, Hennepin County Department of Public
Works.
This resolution will expire on December 1, 1976 if the aforesaid
subdivision plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of
Deeds. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with
the City of Orono for subdivision approval.
