RESOLUTION NO. 671
RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO PAY FOR
EASEMENTS ACQUIRED IN SANITARY SEWER
PROJECT 73-1
WHEREAS, the following citizens have agreed to grant
to the City of Orono easements over their property for the
sanitary sewer project in exchange for payments in the amounts
set forth opposite their names;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city staff is
hereby authorized to pay the following persons those amounts
set forth opposite their names once those people have executed
the necessary quitclaim deeds and any other papers which the
city staff deems necessary.
