This letter and a copy of the approved OSTP As-Built Form serve as the Certificate of Compliance for the
Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) installation at 800 Lakeview Parkway in the City of Orono.
The City reviewed the design, issued a permit, inspected the installation, and granted final approval for
use in compliance with the approved OSTP As-Built Form.
As a reminder, proper care and maintenance per the SSTS management plan are needed to extend the
life of your septic system. State ordinance requires your septic system to be maintained every three
years or as necessary to maintain its life.
