RESOLUTION NO. 647
"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NORTH PO4 ESTATES SUBDIVISION"
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of ^innesota; and
IMEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, econcnic and safe development of land within
the city; and
6IEMAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for North Arm Estates by Engner L. Johnson and Vivian G.
Johnson;
Nal, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for North Arm Estates, Hennepin County,
'Minnesota .
This resolution will expire on July 1, 1976 if the aforesaid sub-
division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City
of Orono for subdivision approval.
