A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO AND ADOPTING THE
ORONO-HACKBERRY HILL -LONG LAKE
SEWER CONNECTION CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Orono has requested and Long Lake has agreed
that the Hackberry Hill area of Orono be connected to the existing
Long Lake sanitary sewer system to accommodate sanitary sewer from
twenty-four single family residents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono-Hackberry
Hill -Long Lake Sewer Connection Contract be adopted agreeing to
the terms and conditions hereof.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held September 23, 1975.
