Resolution No. 633
RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTEREST TO BE
CHARGED FOR THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS
FOR SANITARY SEWER PROJECT 73-1
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the City Council
of Orono that the proposed assessment roll has been filed with
the City of Orono, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has set a date for the public
hearing to review the proposed assessment roll for September 2,
1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ORONO, MINNESOTA:
That the City of Orono shall charge eight percent interest
on the remaining balance on the assessments for each parcel of
property as set forth in the proposed assessment roll, if such
proposed assessment roll is adopted.
Adopted by the council this 11th day of August, 1975,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
