A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION XIV
CITY OF ORONO PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, Section XIV of the City of Orono Personnel
Policy is amended to read, "All employees shall retire upon
reaching age 62 providing that the employee has at least
three -years service credit with the P.E.R.A. as enacted under
Chapter 183 of the 1975 Minnesota legislature. Employees who
do not have a three-year service credit shall retire at age
65."
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held July 28,'1975.
