C,2r,_ RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL7 USE PERMIT TO WAYZATA YACHT CLUB J�� 1 4 C WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for a conditional use permit to locate a picnic, playground and beach area on property on Big Island, described in its application filed with the city, and WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for a permit to construct a dock on that site, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the applicant is granted the requested conditional use permit and permit to construct the dock subject to the following conditions: 1. The use of the area shall be limited to members of the Wayzata Yacht Club and their guests. 2. No structures may be built on the site except for a dock and a small portable chemical sanitary facility. 3. Trash and refuse shall be removed from the site daily by person or persons who brought same to the site. No trash may be allowed to accumulate on the site. 4. There may be no removal of vegetation from the site. S. There may be no permanent mooring or docking of any type of boats at the site, with the exception of the owner who may dock his boat subject to other applicable regulations.' 6. Any dock constructed or maintained on the site shall conform to the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District Guidelines and the applicable ordinances of the city; the dock is limited to 100 feet in length. 0 v 7. There may be no mooring buoys placed on the lake adjacent to the site. 8. The applicant acknowledges the fact that it has no vested rights to these permits in the future and that the city may refuse to grant similar permits for next year. 9. The city may revoke the permits if at any time the applicant or anyone uses this site contrary to the applicable municipal ordinances and the provisions of this resolution. 10. The applicant shall remove all structures and the dock from the site by December 1, 1975 unless the applicant has been granted permission to maintain the dock and structures after December 1, 1975. 11. The permits granted in this resolution shall expire on January 1, 1976. Adopted by the City Council on July 8, 1975 by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nayes. /s Q1&-eQ"L- Robert L.
