A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF
ON AND OFF SALE 3.2 BEER LICENSE AND SETUP LICENSE
STUBB'S BAY CAFE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota,
that an On and Off Sale 3.2 Beer License and Setup License be
issued to the Stubb's Bay Cafe for the period of July 1, 1975
through June 30, 1976, subject to the following condition:
The room where pin -ball machines are used by minors be completely
closed off from the sale of intoxicating liquor, or no minors
allowed on premises.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held June 24, 1975.
